Getting Here
The Toledo Warehouse District is located in downtown Toledo, just west of the central business district along the Maumee River. Whether you’re driving, biking, or walking, we’re easy to find.
BY CAR
Driving to the District
From I-75, take Exit 200B toward Downtown Toledo. Head west on Jefferson Ave, then turn left onto Superior St. The Warehouse District spans roughly from 10th Street to Erie Street along the riverfront.
BY BIKE
Biking & Walking
The Warehouse District is accessible via the Riverwalk and downtown Toledo bike infrastructure. Bike racks are available throughout the district. The area is very walkable from the central business district.
FROM DOWNTOWN
From Downtown Toledo
The Warehouse District is a short 5-minute walk or drive west from downtown Toledo’s core. Head west on Adams St or Jefferson Ave and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the district in minutes.
PARKING
Where to Park
Parking in the Warehouse District is plentiful and convenient. Whether you’re visiting for an evening out or a full day of exploring, you’ll find a spot close to where you need to be.
STREET PARKING
Free Street Parking
Free street parking is available throughout the district on many side streets and along the main corridors. Street parking is typically free on evenings and weekends throughout the neighborhood.

Surface Parking Lots
Several surface parking lots are available within and adjacent to the Warehouse District. Lots are conveniently located near Hensville Park, local restaurants, and event venues throughout the neighborhood.
