Wander The Warehouse District

Wander The Warehouse District is the signature loft and business tour hosted by the Toledo Warehouse District Association in Downtown Toledo’s historic Warehouse District. This annual event invites visitors and locals alike to take a self-guided tour inside some of the most exciting renovated and newly developed spaces in the neighborhood — from historic sites and residential lofts to innovative commercial spaces and mixed-use developments.

Participants receive a detailed map and wristband with their ticket, allowing access to multiple unique locations throughout the district. Stops on the tour often include distinguished landmarks such as the Historic Church of St. Patrick, creative live/work spaces, breweries, wineries, business studios, and other noteworthy transformations that showcase the past, present, and future of this vibrant downtown area.

Designed to be self-paced and engaging, the event offers an insider’s look at behind-the-scenes architecture, renovation projects, and community growth — all while celebrating the culture, creativity, and revitalization of one of Toledo’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
